Safety gear: runners must carry hat, gloves, waterproof top and bottoms, map & compass. If weather is bad runners will also be asked to carry a thermal top.

Toilets
There are two public toilets in the Retreat Building, about 400m from the start in the forest holidays resort.

Race details
The race is open to anyone. Only members of Scottish Athletics are eligible for championship medals (individual and team). Membership details will be checked, if you join SA after entering please email the RO so we can update your eligibility.

The race finishes on the summit of Ben Ledi, from here competitors are responsible in making their own way off the hill. We recommend following the flagged race route down. Any U20 athletes must descend the flagged race route and report to the race registration after descending for safety.

Prize Giving
At registration tent at 17.00 to 17.15. There will only be medals awarded to those eligible for the SA Championship. All profits will help fund the 2027 EORRC team.

Parking
Parking is very limited, Ben Ledi is a popular hill and will be busy. Please car share or park in Callander and run/cycle to the start.
There is very limited parking at Bochastle and Ben Ledi car park. Do not park on the A84, unless on a layby.

Registration
At race start where there will be a tent/vehicle to drop kit.

Refreshments
Tea and coffee are available from The Retreat Building, Forest Holidays after the race on production of a race number.
