A challenging dark dash race up Pendle Hill. Starting in Barley you will run up the tourist path to the bottom of the steps. Then a strenuous walk up to the Beacon/trig followed by a run over the flags to the top of Ogden Clough. Then a run down the Clough with two stream crossings and back down to Barley village.
Whilst the route will be marshalled and partially marked you should carry a map and compass and know how to use them. A head torch and full kit as specified by the FRA is required. No dogs allowed, over 18 years old
Marshalled by mountain rescue volunteers and raising much needed funds after a busy couple of years.
