LOC - Sprint Event 2 - Fell Foot

The Sprint series of events will be made up of 2 Sprint courses, which can be run in any order, plus a Yellow course for newcomers.
Sprint Event 2 – Fell Foot is a fast open lakeside parkland with areas of woodland and buildings.
The times will not be combined for both Sprint courses.
You are welcome to run either or both sprints, we just ask if you feel you may take 20 mins+ on each Sprint that you select the earliest start block to allow time to complete both.
Start blocks should be selected for the start of your first sprint, the start will remain open for your second course.
The details are available on the LOC website at ‘Events | Lakeland Orienteering Club (lakeland-orienteering.org.uk)’. Entries will be limited to 90 for the Sprint course and will be taken using 15 minute slots.
There will be NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY, other than for the Yellow course, all Sprint entries must be made here, there will be hired dibbers at the event.
Everyone who attends must follow the ‘Participation Codes of Conduct’ which can be found at the British Orienteering website.
