Spanning over 50 miles between Bradford to Ripon cathedrals, this trail ultramarathon on the new Yorkshire Heritage Trail takes in parts of the Welcome Way, the Dales High Way and the Nidderdale Way. Runners will cover undulating terrain as the path passes by Yorkshire icons such as Brimham Rocks, as well as two World Heritage Sites, Saltaire and Studley Royal Park, home to the ruins of 12th century Fountains Abbey.

Kit list: You are expected to always carry the following during the race. Failure to do so may result in time penalties or disqualification, at the discretion of the Race Directors whose decision is final.
- Drinking Cup (we do not provide plastic cups at checkpoints)
- 500 ml water/energy drink
- Energy Bar/Nutrition
- Hat/Buff
- Head Torch
- Whistle
- Waterproof jacket with taped seams
- Emergency blanket
- Gloves
- Hard copy of the Map/Route description (see website for details)
- Mobile phone (with the race director’s numbers – 07950 008005 & 07702 021156 stored in it in case of emergencies). Your phone should be left switched on
This is the standard kit for all races, but please check the website for the specific race in case there are any special requirements due to the weather etc.
Trackers: All entrants will be supplied with a tracker and a weblink will be provided during the week prior to the race, where runners and friends and family can watch your progress during the race.
Start: 07:00 at Bradford Cathedral
Checkpoints: Each checkpoint has water, coke, energy bars & crisps.
CP1: Burley (11 miles) Open 08:30 Close 10:45
CP2: Timble (20 miles) Open 09:45 Close 13:15
CP3: Pateley Bridge (30 miles) Open 11:00 Close 17:00
CP4: Sawley (40 miles) Open 12:30 Close 20:30
Finish: Ripon (46 miles) Open 13:00 Close 22:30
Every finisher receives a medal and an event T-Shirt. Please note that although there are two ultramarathon distances, this is one event for the purposes of trophies. Finishing positions for the race series are in order of distance completed then time taken.

Final Competitor instructions: These will be emailed to all competitors as shortly after entries close. Results will be available on the Facebook group within 24 hours and on the website within 48 hours.
Previous Years Results: N/A 2022 Is the inaugural running of this race.
