Baggage -  There will be no baggage storage facilities to minimise congestion.  Please leave any belongings in your vehicle.  The car park is between Bude Surf Club and the race start so you can drop things off on the way to the start.

Route – The route is mostly off road with a couple of short sections of road.  If it has been wet, the route will be slippery and muddy. A copy of the race route can be found on the Bude Rats Website (www.buderats.co.uk).

Water - there will be one water station approximately half way around the course at Duckpool.  Water will also be available at the finish.  If you think that you require more hydration than this, please bring your own supply with you.  How the water station is managed will depend on the regulations in force at the time.  Runners will be informed before the race.
