BO Junior Selection Sprint Race

A junior only (M/W 16-20) sprint selection race held in Keswick town on Friday 4th June (evening - starts approximately from 6-7:30pm).
The race will form part of a series of a three event selection race programme, including the British Middle Championships at Summerhouse Knott on Saturday 5th June and the Northern Championships (Long race) at High Dam on Sunday 6th June.
The results of the races will inform selections to the Great Britain team for the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Turkey and the European Junior Orienteering Championships in Lithuania and will also assist in making decisions on the invitations to the British Orienteering Badaguish and Pre-JWOC summer camps and the make-up of the Talent & Performance Squads for the 2021/22 season.
Please note that, due to entry restrictions, it will not be possible for M/W14- to run competitively at this event. It may be permissible to take part as a non-competitive, pre-runner, on the M/W16 courses. Please email pmurgatroyd@britishorienteering.org.uk to discuss if you wish to take part as a M/W14-.
