27, 17 or 12 miles in 10 hours from Great Ponton Village Centre nr Grantham SK926304. OS Explorer Map 247 covers all routes.
Scenic routes using footpaths, bridleways, tracks and minor roads passing through several picturesque villages in Lincolnshire and Leicestershire towards the Vale of Belvoir.
Start: 8.30 am (9.30am for 12 mile).
Registration: from 7.30 am.
Ample car parking at or close to start.
Good selection of home made refreshments will be provided at checkpoints, hot drinks and sandwiches available at halfway (refreshments and cold drinks only on 12 mile).
Home made soup and pudding at the finish.
All included in the entry fee.
Note :- Arrangements for food and drink may have to be ammended due to Covid 19. Any updates will be posted on The Ponton Plod website
A certificate will be given to all finishers if required. T-Shirts also available.
Proceeds to CASY (Counselling and Support for Young People) and Besso Children's Home.
