Due to social distancing and government guidelines, competitors will be allowed to start when they like to avoid and gatherings. Competitors must supply their own bike, be self-sufficient and wear a Cycle Helmet when in contact with their bike. Both multi-events will start on foot first. It is up to the competitor to decide when they come back to the transition to pick up their bikes to continue and collect further mountain bike checkpoints. There is a required minimum of one CP in each discipline.
1 Point will be lost for each 30s you are late arriving back to dib in at the finish after the time limit - see www.triadventure.co.uk for more details and rules.
