EXCITING NEWS: WE NOW HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE NATIONAL TRUST AND FRA TO HOLD THIS EVENING RACE UNDER OUR COVID-19 PROTOCOL - THE RACE IS ON!!
The evening Mini Mountain Marathon is a 2 hour fell running and navigation score event in the White Peak in the Peak District.
Ideal as a training event, a nice active evening out in the outdoors or to try out the Mini Mountain Marathon format. As it is a score event everybody can set out a route that matches their ability. Strong walkers are welcome as well.
The race will be held in the Peak District, in Dovedale near Ashbourne. The start is from Ilam Hall, Ilam, Ashbourne, DE6 2AZ.
Registration opens at 5 pm on the day. Following our Covid protocol, you need select a 15 mins window as your start time in SI-Entries (EDIT your entry if you haven't done so). Try to arrive at registration at least 30 minutes before you intend to run. At the start line you will be given a waterproof map and a control description / value sheet. The course remains open until 10:00 pm.
