Kiplin Hall & Gardens Evening 10k Trail Race

10k Evening Trail Race within the gardens and estate of Kiplin Hall, a beautiful Jacobean Historic House near Northallerton & Richmond. The route consists of two 5k (approx.) loops, taking in the formal gardens, woodland trail, grassland and lakeside paths. Due to its compact course and being set entirely within this enclosed estate, this is a perfect race for beginners, as well as a mid-week outing for more experienced trail runners. - This is currently planned as a COVID-secure event with wave/rolling starts, and is subject to change as guidance changes
- Hot drink and cake included in entry fee for all finishers (please indicate dietary requirements on entry page)
- Trophies awarded for male & female 1st to 3rd overall and male & female 1st to 3rd in each age group. Due to COVID restrictions, results will not be available on the day & trophies will be posted.
- Free car parking (this is limited to ~ 220 cars)
- Water station at 2 & 5 miles. You will need to bring your own freestanding cup or bottle due to COVID restrictions (or be self sufficient)
- If COVID restrictions permit, spectators will be allowed. It is a spectator friendly route, with many passing points to spot runners and beautiful gardens, and refreshments will be available for purchase
- Marked course, no map reading required. A course map will be available on the event website in the run up to the event
- An optional Kiplin Hall & Gardens 10k technical T-shirt is available for additional purchase
- A small donation to Thirsk & Northallerton Lions Club for their charitable work is included in each runner’s entry fee.

A Kiplin Hall & Gardens 10k technical T-shirt is available for additional purchase, price £8.50*. Please order by Saturday 15th May to guarantee your t-shirt. If you would like a t-shirt pre-order at the time of entry is recommended.
*For us to order t-shirts from our suppliers we will need a minimum order number. If we do not reach this minimum number we will be unable to order the t-shirts, and we will refund all pre-orders.

You must bring a face mask and hand sanitiser.
Waves starts with fastest going off 1st. You will need to enter your estimated finish time when entering.
A TRA permit has been granted (No: 3391) and the event will therefore be held under UK Athletic rules
Cancellation Refunds: 75% refund up until 12 weeks before the event. From 12 to 4 weeks, 50% refund (all subject to a minimum £5). No refund within 4 weeks, although you can still transfer your number to another runner up until midnight Saturday 5th June.
If you are unable to attend due to COVID infection we will issue a refund minus 10% to cover credit card processing fees.
