We were due to have OBL Yorkshire 3 Peaks on 9th May 2020. But sadly owing to social distancing and the idea from Sarah we have postponed the actual event until later in the year.
But we are pleased to announce you can take part with a Virtual Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge in your own home. All you need is a set of stairs and mental strength to keep going up and down them. Challenge can be done in one day or over three days. One mountain per day.
During this difficult time, do you fancy a combined mental and physical challenge of climbing your own stairs as if you are carrying out the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge. Our Blue Light Charity need your support in helping raise money to support projects to provide help and support for the members of the Emergency and Essential Services with their mental health.
The challenge consists of the following:
Pen-y-Gent = 3470 (248 flights of stairs if 14 steps per flight)
Whernside = 3680 (263 flights of stairs if 14 steps per flight)
Ingleborough = 3615 (258 flights of stairs if 14 steps per flight)
Owing to the event taking place in your own home, you do this at your risk and we can not provide any support.
We as a Charity need your donations to help us run our supportive events and activities. We therefore request a minimum of £10 donation is made on registrisation.
For those that have already registered for the actual Yorkshire 3 Peaks, your entry is free.
For taking part you will be emailed a participation certificate.
