Teams of 4 will take turns at running the 5 km route which is all on trail paths around Delamont Country Park.
Only one runner from each team can be on the course at any one time.
Once they finish their 5km loop the next runner can start.
The team with the fastest combined time wins.
Registration: 12 noon to 13.40pm from the carpark at Delamont Country Park
Chip timed by Championchip Ireland
Start: 1400 hrs
Prizes:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female teams
- 1st mixed team
- Fastest Male and Female lap recorded during the event
