Start Time: Marathon/Ultra 9am, Half 10:30am
This race will be staged under UK Athletics rules (permit applied for). This event has been authorised by the Forestry Commission.
Online entry only. No postal entry, No entry on the day. Closing date for entries will be 11th October or when race reaches capacity
Entry Limits: Full Marathon – 100, Half marathon – 150, Ultra Marathon - 150
Entry Costs UKA affiliated*: £32 Ultra-Marathon, £32 Full Marathon and £28 Half Marathon. Non-UKA affiliated +£2 per entry
*UKA affiliated entries must quote UKA URN on entry
Start/Finish: West Stow Country Park Bury St Edmunds IP28 6HG
Facilities: toilets at the start/finish, but no changing facilities
Race number collected on the day
Personal Drinks – boxes for each check point will be available at registration for runners personal drinks. Drinks need to be clearly labelled with name/race number
Finish – All finishers will be awarded a bespoke medal
First Aid – First Aiders will be present at the start/finish and along the course. If you develop medical problems please alert the nearest marshall and prompt assistance will be provided
