Whether you are a serious runner after your personal best or you are looking for a run you will never forget, come and join the fun at BEAT THE TIDE 10K race. Set on the low tide sands of Worthing and Shoreham beaches, the race starts at 18:00
Start and finish from the Coast Cafe, Worthing.
