Three amazing ultra-races along Britain’s only coastal National Trail - The Pembrokeshire Coast Path.  The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is a designated national trail and is widely regarded as the most breath-taking coastline in Britain from rugged cliff tops and sheltered coves to wide-open beaches and winding estuaries. These races represent a formidable physical challenge, one set against a rugged, beautiful backdrop.  

Pembrokeshire 180 9th – 13th May

The Pembrokeshire 180-mile race is a tough 5-day stage race starting in Amroth and finishing in St Dogmaels. 

Stage 1 - Amroth to Fresh Water West - 38miles
Stage 2 - Freshwater West to Dale - 42 miles
Stage 3 - Dale to St Davids (Caerfai Bay) - 36.5miles
Stage 4 - St Davids (Caerfai Bay) to Fishguard - 38 miles 
Stage 5 - Fishguard to St Dogmaels - 26miles

Pembrokeshire 100 stage race 11th – 13th May

The Pembrokeshire Stage Race is the final 3 days of the 180-mile race.  You will join in with the 5-day runners for the last 3 stages.  

Stage 1 - Dale to St Davids (Caerfai Bay) - 36.5miles
Stage 2 - St Davids (Caerfai Bay) to Fishguard - 38 miles 
Stage 3 - Fishguard to St Dogmaels - 26miles

Both races are semi-supported and are in an ‘expedition’ format.  Each race has a single checkpoint each day with water and access to a drop bag.  Participants will need to provide and carry race nutrition for each section of the days race, replenishing at the halfway drop bag.  There are overnight camps at the end of each day.  Each competitor will provide a tent and is allowed a 79-litre camp bag to contain food, clothing, cookware, sleeping bag etc.  Hot water and tea & coffee is available at the end of each stage.

Pembrokeshire 100-mile race 12th – 13th May

The Pembrokeshire 100-mile race is a challenging ultra-race along the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path from Dale, just outside Milford Haven to St Dogmaels, Cardigan.

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is a designated national trail and is widely regarded as the most breath-taking coastline in Britain from rugged cliff tops and sheltered coves to wide-open beaches and winding estuaries. This 100-mile race represents a formidable physical challenge set against a rugged, beautiful backdrop.
