Terrain: An ideal mix of fast runnable forest and tight complex woodland. Recent thinning in some areas.

Start/Finish: Adjacent to the Stubbles.
Please note: There is limited street parking close to the event start. Please use Loughton underground station (16 minutes walk to the start), or, if driving, the Sainsbury’s car park (15 minutes walk to the start) or the smaller car parks on High Beech Road (12 minutes walk to the start). Loughton Central line Underground station is approx. 200m south of Sainsbury’s. There will be a taped route from Sainsburys to Nursery Road. If coming by public transport, please check the TFL (tfl.gov.uk) website for engineering work or strike action that might affect your journey.
Parking: Sainsbury’s (£1.10 per hour) or Loughton Station (£8 all day), Old Station Road, Loughton, IG10 4PE. There are also 2 small car parks at the junction of High Road and High Beech Road, IG10 4HH which are 3 minutes closer. (£1.10 per hour)
Directions:
From M25/J26: Take the A121 to the Wake Arms roundabout and continue on the A121 to Loughton. Just after Loughton Police station on your right, take Station Road left towards Loughton Underground station. Cross the mini roundabout; Sainsbury’s car park is on your right.
From North Circular A406/junction with A104: Take the A104 through Woodford Green, then the A121 High Road to Loughton. At Old Station Road, turn right towards Loughton Underground station. Cross the mini roundabout; Sainsbury’s car park is on your right.
Courses: White, Yellow, Orange, Light Green, Short Green, Green, Blue.
