Eden Runners are delighted, for the 6th year running, to host the Acorn Bank 10k.

The Acorn Bank 10k starts and finishes in the beautiful grounds of the Acorn Bank National Trust Property and is an undulating road race that will suit all abilities.  The race route is an accurately measured 10k route, registered with Run Events (formerly Run Britain), and runs along country lanes and tarmac footpaths.

Eden Runners are very proud to, once again, be donating £2 from each entry towards conservation projects at Acorn Bank.

Parking, race registration and toilets are in the grounds of Acorn Bank.

Parking will be coordinated by parking marshals so please follow their instructions and please do not park on the race route!  There is a suggested donation of £5 per car for parking which includes entry on the day to Acorn Bank estate, gardens and house. This is suggested for both NT members and non-members as the charge is connected to the event.  All parking proceeds will go to Acorn Bank (National Trust) to help look after this special place for now and future generations.

The National Trust is a registered charity number 205846.

Race starts at 10am and the race safety briefing will take place at Acorn Bank before the race start.

Race numbers can be collected from 8.30am.

All finishers will receive a delicious slice of Traybakes flapjack (vegan option also available).

Prizes to Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female

Other Prize Categories : Male and female in U23, V40, V50, V60, V70 and 1st Club or Team of 3

The minimum age limit is strictly 15 years old on the day of race.

Race entry limit is 200.

Please note that under UKA rules the wearing of in-ear or over-ear headphones is not permitted - this includes noise-cancelling earbuds or open-ear devices. Contravention of this rule will result in disqualification from the race.

Bone conducting headphones which sit in front of the ears are permitted (as they do not cover the ears)

If you are using Medically-prescribed hearing aids, this should be declared to the race organisers before the race starts.

Spectating chidren under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Race rules do not permit running with dogs.
