LIKE OBSTACLES, RUNNING, DOGS & MUD?
This is a rare and utterly unique obstacle course race for Dogs & Owners.
A choice of 5km, min 38 obstacles and 10km, min 53 obstacles. Each obstacle is marked, ones you can do with your dog, ones you can, but your dog cant and one you make the decision to, if your dog can do it. all obstacles have a tie up point to secure your dog while you complete the obstacle.
The races are held on Aske estate just outside Richmond North Yorkshire. A private estate set in beautiful rolling countryside right next to the Yorkshire dales national park.
Off road routes through marsh, bog, woodland, rough hilly ground interspersed with tracks and fields full of obstacles, and if that was not enough, at the end you will encounter a 850 meter assault course of deep mud and water between 24 plus obstacles to negotiate on route to the finish. The obstacles are evenly, tightly spread around the course. They are large and over half have more than one component to them, to climb, jump, wade, swing and crawl over and under. Plenty for you and your dog to have a fantastic time and experience.
