Start window: 1pm to 730pm (yes we know it's an outrageously generous start window...but it is Christmas-ish!) Last start for 3 hour course 530pm. Last start for 2 hour course 630pm. Last start for 1 hour course 730pm. THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED SO FAR. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE VIA THE ORANGE BUTTON ABOVE. LATE ENTRIES AND ON THE DAY ENTRIES ARE WELCOMED AND WE DO PRINT SPARE MAPS FOR SUCH LATE ENTRIES. IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY! ON LINE ENTRIES MAY CLOSE EARLY IF THE MAPS RUN OUT! Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Tuesday Holiday Day / Night Spunch from the Farmers Arms, 71 Chapel Ln, Wilmslow SK9 5JH. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Suitable for all - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome.
Sunset at 15:59. Dark by 16:41 - you must wear hi vis and carry a torch if you intend to be out after 4pm.
A big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Run or walk. 3k to 33k, the choice is yours! Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the night if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies.
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at or very near the venue.
60, 120 and 180 min course duration options (you can choose on the day itself).
A new-format Day/Night Spunch - depending on your personal circumstances & preferences - you choose! Go early and enjoy an all-in-daylight outing. Mix it up and do part day / part night. Or go full-on darkness!
Along with discovering the area's urban network and snickets, there will also be some more adventurous off-road parts through woodland, parkland, countryside and other local trails.
Just 10 mins from J6 M56 & 15 mins from J3 from M60. Especially convenient for Stockport, Hazel Grove, Bramhall, Poynton, Bollington, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Knutsford, Altrincham, Sale, Didsbury, Gatley & Cheadle etc.
Catch the Spunch Train: The venue is just a 1.5k (flat) walk from Wilmslow Train Station. With fast and regular services from Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport, Crewe & all stations in between.
Start at your convenience anytime between 1pm & 730pm. Yes we know that is a long start window - it is an experiment as we know you all have busy lives and at a busy time of year. Hope you like the flexibility of it!
(Last start for 60 min course is 730pm, last start for 120 min course 630pm, last start for 180min course 530pm). Registration open from 1pm.
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
A first Spunch-visit to Wilmslow and the Farmers Arms. More gently undulating than hilly, there will be some flattish options too. Good running / walking on a mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to off-road paths*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places! Lindow Moss, Lindow Common and The Carrs will (of course) all be included!
The Farmers Arms will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk. With a selection of food and drinks available. The venue is child & dog friendly.
