*BO, IOA or IOF Clubs For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £30 (£40 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. SI timing card hire is free but are charged at replacement cost £30 if lost. |

FERMO invite you NICS 7 at Gortin Glen Forest Park. The forest suffered some damage from the storms earlier in the year so the courses are shorter than normal - more like a Middle Distance. No white course is available but an entry on the day all ability course will be provided.

Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected at enquiries.
SIACs - SI Air is enabled on all controls except the Start.
Starts – Start times are in 15min blocks with up to 6 runners on each colour course in each block.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the Download.
