Getting repeated shoulder injuries, slipping in the water, feeling tired and inefficient? This is the Masterclass to help you change all that! Develop an effective front-crawl catch, increase propulsion, reduce fatigue, and swim faster with less effort.
Delivered by expert swim coach Dave Quartermain.
Timings
Meet Reception - 8.30am (coffee), Pool Practical 9-10am, Studio Theory (coffee) 10-11am, Gym Training 11-11.45, Pool Practical 12-1pm. Finish.
Kit Required - You're going to be in the water twice, health studio and gym so please bring swim kit and comfortable clothes for the land work.
Masterclass elements include:

*Sessions suitable for all swimmer level (except novices). Note that there are no transfers or refunds available once the swims are booked.
