Come and join us for a fantastic day of Canicross at Beacon Country Park, one of the area’s most scenic green spaces. This event is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for runners of all abilities and their canine partners.
The route winds through open parkland, woodlands, and well-maintained trails. It is mostly flat with a few smaller hills, making it a great introduction for beginners while still offering a fun challenge for more experienced teams. We will be offering approximate distances of 5km and 2.5km—we’ll try to keep them as close to this as possible, though the final course may be slightly shortened on the day depending on conditions.
Our event is about community as much as competition. Expect a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged—whether you’re jogging, running, or aiming for a personal best. Safety and dog welfare are our top priorities, and there will be plenty of opportunities for water, rest, and support along the way.
