Specifically designed to help you deal with mountain navigation for Ultra and Trail running through the winter months

Time: 14:00
Meeting place: The Climbers Shop, Ambleside, LA22 9DS
Details:
- 14:00 - Meet and greet
- 14:15 - Around 1.5 hours theory in Esquires Cafe, Ambleside
- 17:45 - 4 hour plus practical navigation session navigating on trails based around Rothay Park, Loughrigg and Silver Howe
- 20:00 - Course closes (be prepared to overrun slightly)
The course is based around the trails and fells of the Ambleside Fells. Conditions dependant.
