10:30      Registration Open

11:30     Under 13 Boys & Girls (1 mile)

• All age group entry fee £3.00 per individual
• Prizes:
• First six individuals in each age group.
• Age group qualification Under 13 Boys and Girls is the 31st December 2025
• All age group prizes will be presented as each race finishes

12:15     Under 15/17 Boys & Girls (2 miles)

• All age group entry fees £3.00 per individual
• Prizes:
• First six individuals in each age group
• Age group qualification under 15/17 Boys and Girls is the 31st December 2025
• All age group prizes will be presented as each race finishes

12:40     Women & Women’s Vets (3 miles)

• Entry Fee £10.00 per individual.
• Prizes:
• Team - First women’s team (4 to score)
• Individual - 1st, 2nd, 3rd individual
• Age category - over 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75 - 1st individual (athletes must be over 35, 40 etc on race day)
• Under 20 Women - 1st individual

13:15    Malcolm Cup [Men & Men’s Vets] (4 miles)

• Entry fee £10.00 per individual
• Prizes:
• Team - First men's team (4 to score)
• Individual - 1st, 2nd, 3rd individual
• Age category - Men over 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75 - 1st individual (athletes must be over 35, 40 etc on race day)
• Under 20 Men - 1st individual and the winner will be presented with the Andrew Campbell Memorial Trophy

All prizes to be collected at administration desk after each event or will be forwarded to individuals and teams after races
