Welcome to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Races, an unforgettable running experience along the legendary Pembrokeshire Coast Path — one of Britain’s most awe-inspiring natural trails. Whether you're chasing your first ultra or ready to conquer 100 miles of raw, coastal beauty, there’s a challenge waiting for you:
• 100 Mile Ultra | St Dogmaels to Dale | 6,300m ascent
A true test of endurance across exposed headlands and wild terrain.
• 50 Mile Ultra | Porthgain to Dale | 2,850m ascent
A punchy and scenic course with thrilling climbs and jaw-dropping views at every turn.
• 50K Ultra | St Davids to Dale | 1,850m ascent
A fast and beautiful ultra — get your coastal fix and make it back in time for the afterparty!
• 22 Mile Trail Race | Newgale to Dale | 1,150m ascent
A perfect entry-level challenge with generous cut-offs and unforgettable scenery.
What your entry includes:
Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for all competitors.
PCP 100 mile - Race, coach, parking, 2 nights camping (Fri/Sat night) and gps tracker hire
PCP 50 mile - Race, coach, parking, 2 nights camping (Fri/Sat night) and gps tracker hire
PCP 50k - Race, coach, parking, gps tracker hire
PCP 22 mile trail - Race, coach, parking, gps tracker hire
Runners taking part in the PCP 50k and PCP 22 mile trail race can add camping to their entry for £10 per person, per night.
Weekend camping and parking is also available for £10 per night for non-competitors (pay in cash on the day). Under 18s go free, so bring the family!
Parking for spectators / non-competitors is available for £5 per vehicle (pay on the day).
