The Sussex Beer Mile

It had to be done - a classic beer mile but with a Sussex Trail Events twist, a trail beer mile on a grass track !!!!!!
We shall be doing a non alcoholic race at the end as well.
Following traditional beer mile rules - 1 Beer and 1 lap four times.
Beer mile rules:
- Must be a 400 metre track
- A 335 ml bottle or can
- Must be 5% alc or above.

Not up for 4 beers or 4 Laps? Run as a team - 1 lap/beer per runner.
A cup for the Best Team who will be crowned the Beer Kings of Sussex.
Race Location: Car parking, Registration and Race Start will all be in Central Worthing.
Registration: 12.00
Start Time: 12.30
No changing facilities so come dressed ready to run.
We will provide:
- Bag storage
- A tough, fully marked route !!!!!!!!!!
- A referee
- A large sick bucket
