She Who Walks: Eve Walk - Leyburn Shawl

An evening hike from Leyburn aimed at encouraging increased female participation in walking.
An evening hike with a challenge! Starting from Leyburn we will follow rights of way along the Shawl, hopefully for gorgeous views! We will loop around before returning back along the Shawl.
As this is an evening walk, there is an optional visit to the pub after for drinks.
Please note this is a FEMALE ONLY event.
Highlights include:
- Lead by a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader
- Small group of 12 max
- Optional pub visit after the walk
Start: 6pm meet for a 6.15pm start
You must be 18+ to enter this event.
You will need:

· Walking boots and thick socks
· Full length trousers as some sections of the path could be overgrown. Jeans are not recommended.
· Waterproof jacket and trousers
· Sun hat/glasses
· Spare top layer in your pack
· Snacks and drinks in an easy to find section of your bag. We recommend bringing 500ml of drinks with you.
· Fully charged mobile phone.
· Any personal medication needed.
· A comfortable back pack to carry your own kit. You may wish to consider putting things inside a plastic bag or other waterproof bag inside your back pack.
· Money if you wish to visit the pub after the walk.
