The Rainow 5 is a trail/fell race (FRA category BS) from the village of Rainow on the edge of the Peak District and tackles a hilly 5 mile route (751 ft ascent) taking in White Nancy and the Kerridge ridge – all on footpaths (8km; 229m).
Teas and cakes served post race.
All proceeds from this race are donated to local charities around Rainow and local mountain rescue.
Over 16 years only. Number collection and on-the-day entries from 6pm in Rainow Village Institute, Stocks Lane, Rainow, SK10 5XR. Race start 7:30pm. Please car-share - marshalls will direct you to parking around the village streets.
