Kingdom of Fife Orienteers are staging an orienteering event at Leuchatsbeath Community Woodland near Cowdenbeath in Fife.
This is the first ever event here on a brand new map.
A new housing development has opened up access to this woodland which is a mix of beech woodland, gorse open areas and a network of accessible paths.
This event will be suitable for all abilities, from those just starting out (choose the Yellow course), to people who have been orienteering on many previous occasions (choose the Green course).
Starts between 11am and 12 noon
Note, there are no toilets at the event. Nearest toilet is Cowdenbeath library on the High Street, or Morrisons.
This is going to be a great event on brand new terrain for orienteering. Be part of history. See you there.
