First Light Adventure are very pleased to bring you our new trail running training weekend.
Join us for an all inclusive two day (2 night) fun packed trail running weekend, featuring guided trail runs (of various lengths) over beautiful scenery , coached sessions and discussions lead by the team at First Light Adventure.
The weekend training / coaching camp will be ideal for those wanting to improve their trail running, gain training insights, build confidence off road and will leave you beaming from the experience.
Meeting up from 4pm on Friday 12th April, accommodation will be in the twin rooms / dorms of the John Hunt Base at Hagg Farm near Ladybower Reservoir in the Peak District. Full board catering will feature 2 x breakfasts, 2 x packed lunches and 2 x evening meals. The weekend will draw to a close at 4pm on Sunday 14th April.
Plenty of car parking space is available at Hagg Farm.
As well as guided trail runs (including a headtorch run) there will be navigation sessions, strength and conditioning, injury prevention / recovery, posture and technique, mindset techniques and other discussions throughout as well as plenty of time to chill out around the fire pit.
This weekend is limited to 20 people in order to keep it small and inclusive and allow everyone a chance to have their own questions answered.
