The Stomp is the spectacular finale to the series, starting and finishing in the heart of Raydale.
This 10 mile race sees you starting with the DR40 runners with great views of Semerwater. The route takes you to Stalling Busk and through a ford to Marsett before ascending to Wether Fell. After a short section along the Roman road, you will join the DR40 course to on a trip around Weather Fell before descending towards Semerwater.
The course consists of hard packed footpaths, a road section and some grassy trods.
Each of our race distances are just rough estimates.
Highlights include:
- Fully stocked aid stations (including vegan and gluten free options)
- Finishers hot meal, drinks and cakes
- Friendliest marshals in Yorkshire
- GPX and map available
- Car parking
This year we are offering a finishers neck tube for a £3 additional fee to help keep the costs of the race down and look after those hard stretched pennies.
