This is 4x3 kilometre (approx) Road relay over an out and back lap of the circuit at Torbay Velopark, Torbay Leisure Centre, Goodrington, Paignton.

There will be prizes awarded to juniors first team, males senior females senior (18-39). Male and female vets (40-49). Super vets (50-59). Vintage (60-69) and Longstayers (+70). Scratch teams, made up of any combination of age/gender can compete, and will feature in the results but will not be eligible for prizes.

If you need to swap or change team members this has to be done no later than 9 August.
