Some of the options for this event are not currently available so waiting lists are being used for these options. To get a waiting list entry for one of these options just enter as normal. No payment is required at this stage as there is no guarantee of being offered a place. If the Event Organiser is able to offer you a place they will send you an email inviting you to enter. This is the Resurrection!

 

2023 saw Beast 5.5 prove that you lot still have the urge to go large in the forest for a fantastic cause. For 2024 we are back with a bang as the Beast is resurrected in an exciting new format.

The Hamsterley Beast Funduro is the largest event of its type the forest has seen, with 7 timed stages spread over 25 miles of forest terrain. Ranging from flow to tech, chunky and rooty to smooth and fast, the emphasis is on the fun but… it wouldn’t be the Beast without the occasional surprise!

This is an inclusive event suitable for anyone comfortable with UK trail centre type trails and is ideal for all experience levels. Whether you’re a gnarled race veteran or you’re just looking to dip your toe into the world of Enduro, there’s something here for everyone. E-bikes, fat bikes, hard tails, full suss, unicycles are all welcome. If you think you can make it round, you can ride it.

Riders will receive times for each stage and one for the over all. Get out there with your mates and experience all the fun things about race day with none of the pressure. This weekend is all about the good times.

We also have our much loved camping experience on Saturday night, free of charge, open to all riders and their friends/family. This includes live music from local bands and the mighty Friday Street. Add to that a bar, food, industry stalls, a kids ride and various fun and games… you’ve got the makings of another top weekend.

over the years we have together raised over £100,000 in aid of Great North Air Ambulance Service… we would love to do that again! Join us in creating another fantastic event, by riders, for riders.
