We have now sent maps off for printing. Given current entries, there are only 8 more entries on the classes forming Course 1. If there are no available start times showing for your class, please enter another class on that course, ideally "Other" and email equipment@slow.org.uk with your name and the actual class you would like to be entered on.

South London Orienteers are proud to be hosting the 2023 South East Sprint Championships. The event will be based in the Ham Estates and Riverside and assembly will be based at the Thames Young Mariners, Riverside Drive, Richmond TW10 7RX. Parking will be inside the TYM grounds and, if needed, along Riverside Drive just outside the Assembly area. The nearest train and tube stations are at Richmond (2.6 miles away) with a bus service from there to Assembly or Teddington station (1.6 miles walk crossing Teddington Lock).

Details about the event can be found on the SLOW website here

These courses are open to non SEOA members also.

Medals will be awarded to the first three qualifying SEOA members in each of the following categories: M/W 10-12, 14 -16, 18-40, 45-55, 60-65, 70+. To qualify, SEOA members must enter the applicable course for their age as below. If you wish to run up a class other than your actual age class you will be eligible in that age class but not your own age class - i.e. you can only receive a medal for the age class entered. If you wish to run down a class please select "Other" for the relevant course (e.g. a M55 running Course 3, would select "Course 3 Other" when they enter).

There are four courses with Age Classes allocated as follows:

All controls and the Finish will be SIAC enabled.

Even though the COVID situation has reduced, it is important that we are seen to take the protocols seriously, before, during and after racing so please read and abide by the COVID  Safe Orienteering (available from the British Orienteering website).
