Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix

A series of 4 races set over 2 weeks with team and individual prizes. Take advantage of our early-bird offer with 4 races for the price of 3 (until 19th May).
Races - All races start at 7:15 p.m. and are under UKA rules:
- Race 1: Tuesday 27th June - Rushcliffe Country Park 4 miles
- Race 2: Thursday 29th June - Holme Pierrepont 10km*
- Race 3: Tuesday 4th July - Victoria Embankment 5km*
- Race 4: Thursday 6th July - University of Nottingham 5 miles

The four events are inclusive to all runners with no time cutoffs; all abilities are welcome. They’re brilliant, friendly events whether you’ve been racing for years, are new to running or looking for a next step after Parkrun. All of the courses are on road or hard-packed paths with a small amount of grass at Rushcliffe. They are largely flat (particularly Victoria Embankment and Holme Pierrepont which are perfect for going for a PB). The final race at University of Nottingham has some hills!
Prizes
Team Cash Prizes (3 in a team). All team members must do all four races and have the same Team Name. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male/Female team). Teams can't be mixed.
Individual prizes across all age categories for women and men (Open: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male/Female, then 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+ Male/Female).
** NEW FOR 2023: The East Midlands Club Challenge with a trophy for the best placed club with over 10* entries in all four races (min of 5 female scores per race per team)**
Practical Info
Plenty of parking and toilets are available at each race and the events are well supported with enthusiastic and encouraging marshals and spectators. Race numbers/bibs are available for collection on the night. Ensure you leave plenty of time to park, collect your number, warm up, etc. (bring safety pins if you have any spare). Please note that you’ll need to keep your number for all of the races you take part in.
