Northern Fell Running Events are very proud to announce our first race... Northumberlandia 10K Trail Race!
We have been granted (For the first time since it's creation), special permission to use not only the land form itself but the surrounding countryside and former open cast site.
This is a unique opportunity to race up and over Northumberlandia and also explore areas that are 'off limits' to the public.
We also invite your children to take part in our children's fun run before the main event. This will be a 1 mile loop of Northumberlandia starting at 6pm. Free entry.
The adults 10K route will include hills, fast stone paths, soft trails, forest tracks and a sting in the tail! We will provide a water station at mile 4 and the course will be fully way marked. Race starts at 6.30PM.
There will be a medal and goody bag for all finishers and we hope you will stay and enjoy the café and stalls in our 'Event Village' after the race.
The park is staying open late till 9PM.
Parking and toilets on site.
Sorry, no dogs in the race.
