Working with Tri lab we are proud to bring you the RunAble Aquathlon starting with the first event at Todmorden, a friendly, fun event ideal for novices, GB elites and everyone in between.
The Aquathlon is a 400m pool swim followed by a 5k run within Centre Vale Park, chip timed and aged grouped.
(And can be used as a GB Team qualifying event.)
The Splash and Dash is a novice swimmers event with a 100m swim and 5k run along the same route as the main event.
The Aquathlon Relay teams are welcome: one person swims 400m and the other completes the 5k run.
The event will start and finish at Todmorden Sports Centre.
Follow the RunAble Facebook and TriLab pages for training sessions coming up over the next few months, including assistance with transition, swimming and running
