Black Beacon Mountain Races
The Black Beacon Mountain races are epic long distance running races crossing the Brecon Beacons National Park from North to South. There are 4 race distances to choose from; a 21 mile mountain trail race starting in Brecon, a 32 mile (50k) mountain trail race (UltraBach) starting in Llangynidir, a 50 mile mountain ultramarathon starting at 11pm on Friday night in Hay-on-wye AND a massive 100 mile mountain ultramarathon. All races finish in Pontneddfechen at the Southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National park.
There are four race distances available for competitors. There is also the option of adding coach transport from the finish to the start for the 50, 32 and 21 mile races. You can select the appropriate options when you sign up online.
