LOC Night Terrain 1 – The Helm

Welcome to this year’s Night Terrain series containing a total of 6 races, a Long and a Short course will be available at each event. The Short course will usually be a cut off from the Long course.
The Helm is near Oxenholme, south of Kendal. Mainly open ridge with extensive footpath network, part scrub, part runnable grassland.
We encourage running in pairs, it is good way to start orienteering particularly at night. Just enter either as the junior for the junior/parent pair or one adult as the adult pair. Please add the names of the accompanying adult/pair in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box and also request an extra map, if required.
