This workshop is all about exploring how our bodies move, our strengths and limitations and how this will affect our running.
We will start by using simple tools to assess our strength and mobility so we can really understand what we are working with. A mobility routine might then free up some sore or limited movements to allow us to build some strength.
We will run through a simple and effective strength programme, looking at progressions that you can add with minimal equipment, to make you a stronger, more robust runner.
You will end the day with a personal plan as well as the tools and knowledge to progress this in the future.
The workshop will be led by Laura, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Ian L2 Gym instructor.
