The CapTEN and Bosun are back for 2023 in a new format! Now taking place on the same day, The 5.5 mile (single lap) Bosun and 11 mile (double lap) CapTEN are fells runs that take in Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap, two of the crown jewels of the South West Coast Path and Jurassic Coastline.

Expect some elevation gain as per usual, 1,617ft for The Bosun and 3,234ft for The CapTEN!

And yes that's right - YOU GET A FREE BONUS MILE WITH THE CapTEN THIS YEAR!
