This course is designed to set you up with all the elements of trail running and set you up to start your own adventures.
On both days there will be a mix of workshops and runs, allowing time to learn new skills and develop techniques without running out of steam.
Workshops will include:
- Navigation
- Running technique and tactics
- Physical preparation
- Dealing with technical terrain
- Route planning
Based in the Pentland hills near Edinburgh we have a huge variety of trails and locations that we can use for our training. The course content and pace is carefully designed to suit both new and experienced runners.
This course includes two full days of coaching.
