Prices per Event
(non-refundable deposit of £2 per person entered) *BO, IOA or IOF Clubs **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £17 (£22 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will refund the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. |
This is a Series of three events - all of which can be entered via this single SI Entries event.
- Tollymore - 10th September (pre-entries close 7th Sep)
- Slievenagore - 22nd October (pre-entries close 19th Oct)
- Cairnwood - 12th November (pre-entries close 9th Nov)

Parking fees apply at all venues
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected from the Organiser at the download car. Registration and download are from a car (there will be no LVO MOO).
Starts – Starts from 11am. The Start Area will be near to the car park.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the download car.
Coronavirus Safety Measures
A number of measures have been put in place to provide for Social Distancing and ensure your safety throughout this activity. Here is a link to the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct which all participants are asked to have read beforehand and adhere to.
The main aspects for this event we would like you to pay attention to are:
- At the Start please maintain social distancing.
- During the event please use the hand sanitisers provided to maintain hygiene
- Do not touch the SI Control boxes except with the SI Card
- During the race please be aware of who is around you and try to maintain distance, especially when approaching Controls
- As we are using public parks please be mindful of other park users and give them space
- Please minimise pre and post-activity socialising and maintain your distance
IMPORTANT in line with current NI Government advice You MUST NOT attend the activity if you are unwell with a cough, fever, or other Covid symptoms OR if you have tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 5 days.
If you have had Covid or been in close contact with someone who has it within the last 10 days please take extra care around other people in case you are still infectious.
If you have a condition that makes you Clinically Vulnerable, please follow current government and medical advice before registering.
You are advised not to car-share with anyone outside your household at this time.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be refunded the entry fee minus £2 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
Event Cancellation: In the event that regulations change and we have to cancel an event we will refund the entry fee minus £2 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
