Pontesbury Fell Race

WFRA registered fell race over Pontesford Hill; AS, 4.9km, 354m. Start: 7.30pm.
Part of the Shropshire Summer Series. This is using the same route as in previous years, except in reverse direction.
Race HQ will be at the Mary Webb School, Bogey Lane, Pontesbury, Shropshire, SY5 0TG.
Parking will be in Pontesbury School car park. Car share if possible.
Registration and race start/finish will take place on the sports field on the opposite side of Bogey Lane.
Toilet facilities will be available in the school buildings.
A Rounders game will be taking place on the school field. Please do NOT disturb it, either before or after the race.
Fell/trail type shoes are recommended. A waterproof top must be carried if the weather is wet or windy.
There will be no presentation after the race. Prizes will be sent later by post. Results will be available on the Mercia Fell Runners website as soon as possible after the race.
Some of the proceeds from the race may be given in charitable donations.
