We have organised a fantastic weekend of relaxing, running and taking stock of life with our resident online Nasal Breathing coach, Andrew Ritchie from Performance Breathworks.

Charles Sproson will be your running guide and host for the weekend, Charles is the head of Mountain Run and you can check out his Trail Creds here:

On this weekend you will discover how to breathe correctly, mind-fully run and wind down out of the rat race as we look after all your needs with ice cold dips, hot saunas, guided runs and much much more.

The whole weekend is based out of Ardmay House, on the shores of Loch Long nestled in the dramatic Arrochar Alps.

Prices of the weekend vary, depending on whether you require a single room, are sharing with a friend in a twin room or coming with your partner to stay in a double.

The whole weekend is FULL BOARD, so break-fast, lunch and dinner, all homemade and all healthy food choices*.

Single Room: £475pp

Twin Room: £450pp

Double Room: £460pp [single supplement of £200 if booked for 1 person]

* All dietary requirements catered for

Friday 12th August 2022

  • Arrive from 15:00 @ Ardmay House G83 7AH
  • 16:30-17:30 – Forest bathing / nature wind-down run
  • 18:30-20:00 – Dinner
  • 20:30-21:30 - Mindful breathing meditation.

Saturday 13th August 2022

  • 7:30 – 8:00 – Morning Yoga for runners.
  • 8:00 – 9:30 – Breakfast.
  • 10:30 – 12:30 – Guided running on the local mountains
  • 13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch
  • 14:30 – 16:30 – Breathing Workshop for runners with Performance Breathworks
  • 17:00 – 18:00 - Loch Dip & Nordic Sauna
  • 19:00 – 20:30 – Dinner
  • 21:00 – 21:30 – Mindful breathing meditation

Sunday 14th August 2022

  • 7:30 – 8:00 – Morning Yoga for runners.
  • 8:00 – 9:30 – Breakfast.
  • 10:00 – 12:00 - Guided running on the local mountains
