(non-refundable deposit of £2 per person entered) *BO, IOA or IOF Clubs **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than the max charge then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will refund the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. Entry on the Day will be charged at non-member rates and places will be limited by the number of spare maps |

Parking is free in public car parks at these events
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected from the Organiser at the download car. Registration and download are from a car (there will be no LVO MOO).
Starts – Starts from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. The Start Area will be near to the car park.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the download car.
Coronavirus Safety Measures
A number of measures have been put in place to provide for 2m Social Distancing and ensure your safety throughout this activity. Here is a link to the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct which all participants are expected to have read beforehand and adhere to.
The main aspects for this event we would like you to pay attention to are:
- At the Start please maintain social distancing.
- During the event please use the hand sanitisers provided to maintain hygiene
- Do not touch the SI Control boxes except with the SI Card
- During the race please be aware of who is around you and try to maintain distance, especially when approaching Controls
- As we are using public parks please be mindful of other park users and give them space
- Please minimise pre and post-activity socialising and maintain your distance
IMPORTANT in line with current NI Government advice You MUST NOT attend the activity if You are unwell with a cough, fever or other Covid symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days. EXCEPT - You may attend if you have had no fever and have had negative Lateral Flow Test results for at least two consecutive days after day 5.
If you have a condition that makes you Clinically Vulnerable, please follow current government and medical advice before registering.
If you have been in Close Contact with someone within the last 10 days who has Covid, please take extra caution around other people at the event.
You are advised not to car-share with anyone outside your household at this time.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £2 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
Event Cancellation: In the event that regulations change and we have to cancel an event we will refund the entry fee minus £2 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs
