Please Note: the minimum age to compete in the solo 50 miles event is 20 years of age
Relay
Consecutive legs cannot be run by any participant.
For Mixed teams, 4 stages must be run by men and 4 stages by women in any combination, or if only 3 women then at least the distance of 27 km must be run by women.
Age restrictions apply depending on the distance run as stipulated by UKA rules and are as follows:
Team prizes to first open, ladies and mixed teams.

Checkpoint opening and closing times
Closing times are at the discretion of the sweeper, depending on weather conditions and the state of the participants.
1. Grange 15.6 km 6:30 – 10:30
2. Treeton 25.7 km 8:30 – 12:00
3. Harthill 37.6 km 9:30 – 14:00
4. Woodsetts 46.8 km 10:15 – 15:30
5. Firbeck 55.8 km 11:00 – 17:30
6. Maltby 62.1 km 11:45 – 19:30
7. Hooton Roberts 71.2 km 12:15 – 21:45
8. Finish (MWBC) 80.7 km 13:00 – 23:59
Prizes Team prizes to first open, ladies and mixed teams.
Strict rules apply:
- No entries on the day.
- No sleepovers.
- Campervans, motorhomes can stay in the Carpark overnight by the beach.
- Small tents can be pitched on the beach/grass.
