Please note, the minimum age for competing in the solo event is 20 years of age.
If you have to cancel your entry no refunds or deferrals will be allowed. Please note - the RRR is NOT a qualifier for the UTMB (France)
Please select your registration time, expecting to set off 5 to 10 minutes later, based on your expected time for completing the course
We are keeping the 4am start this year to accommodate slower walkers anticipating taking between 16-20 hours but which will give you qualification for a 100 mile event on finishing.
Strict rules apply:
- No entries on the day
- no dogs are allowed
- Campervans, motorhomes can stay in the carpark overnight by the beach.
- Small tents can be pitched on the beach/grass
Checkpoint opening and closing times
Unless you register/start with the 7:10 slot, if you arrive at a checkpoint before its advertised opening time, you will have to wait until it officially opens. Opening times are consistent with the suggested overall times for the slots. Closing times are at the discretion of the sweeper, depending on weather conditions and the state of the participants.
