Renamed as the Kendal ‘Castle’ triathlon, this event will take you round Kendal Castle. This is a great first sprint distance triathlon, we make it our mission to make this a really relaxed, friendly event.

Finally, a 5km off-road run using the route of the old canal for a short distance then onto woodland trails and the grassy slopes up to the Castle ruins before returning to the centre for congratulations and your well earned medal.
