To enter you must first Log In or Register your Details with SiEntries.
A 5 mile undulating run around the B roads and country lanes of Sticker. There is, however, a sharp climb at the half mile mark. There will be a water station at the half way mark.
You must obey the marshalls instructions and take responsibility for your own safety when running the course. Marshalls are not allowed to stop traffic but will endeavour to make your passage around the course as smooth as possible.
Please note that runners must use any portable device and failure to comply will result in disqualification and time not recorded.

Registration
The race HQ is at Sticker AFC , Burngullow Park, Burngullow Lane, Sticker , St Austell, PL26 7EN
There is ample, free parking adjacent to the ground.
Refreshments
Hot/cold/alcoholic drinks and food will be available to purchase for runners and spectators in the clubhouse.
Transfers
If you are unable to run you can transfer the entry to another runner up until midnight on Wed June 8th.
